• Comment: After reading other reviews, I was expecting a crew of two for my window installation but I was sent five to replace seven windows in my home. I was a little concerned because the crew was young, and not the older "seasoned" crew but they worked hard and well together.
  
  The crew was earlier than expected, nice and courteous. My floors were protected and they cleaned up inside and out. The crew lead, Dillon, kept me updated throughout the process, and walked me around after installation was complete and explained what they did and showed me how to remove the windows to clean them. He also called the office to ask if I could use the $500 coupon that was in the Clipper magazine that I received the prior week.
  
  I did take one star off not because of the installation crew but because of the salesman. After we discussed the windows and he got the measurements that he needed and put together the estimate, which I was happy with, he insisted that he leave with a post dated check and told me that the estimate was only good for that day because the price of materials could increase the next day (they had two increases over the past year). I was not comfortable giving him a post dated check until I had the funds in my account so I had to be bold and told him that he was not leaving my home with a check that day. As soon as I had the funds in my account (the wait was only the weekend), I contacted the salesman and told him that he could pick-up the check anytime.
