The best thing about the whole process was the excellent workmanship, dedication to the job, and interpersonal skills of the installers, Joe and Brandon. I wish all contractors could be so thorough, competent, and neat in their work. The estimator/sales rep was also thorough, as well as courteous. I only wish he did not jump to preparing a contract on the spot at the time of the bid, before we had a little time to consider all of our options. We ended up with a price that would normally be matched to a higher end home rather than a very modest rental house (3 entry doors for over $16,000). The bottom line is that I much prefer and trust Mt. Pleasant Window over any other company for installation work, but there is only one line of doors available, and it is top of the line. I would rather pay even more for labor (as this crew so well deserves), and have the option to choose from a more modest line of doors that are still of reasonable quality. They did have to be custom made due to unusual dimensions, but even given that, the manufacturer\'s cost was very much on the high side.

April did a great job contacting me when my replacement glass arrived to set an Appt. for Darrell to install four replacement lights between Noon and 4:00 PM. on 9/9/22. At approximately 9:05 AM. Darrell called and said he was in Delmont and his first customer was not home. He asked if he could come early. Of course I said yes! In two days on the jobsite, our installers were able to replace and install eight ProVia windows for the customer in Greensburg. The first day on the job was spent by our installers removing the older windows that we were replacing and getting the new windows settled into place and foamed by our installers. The next day on the job was spent putting the finishing touches on the window in putting the metal that will go around the windows. Unlike their previous patio door, which was a sliding patio door, the customer chose to go with a swing patio door instead.
