Why did the customer contact us?
Customer met Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling at the Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival, which takes place in downtown Mount Pleasant, PA every September. These customers were looking to do a tub-to-shower conversion in their bathroom. This is when you remove the old tub/shower combo and replace it with a brand new walk-in shower. The customer's older tub/shower combo was very out-of-date.
Solutions provided:
Our certified installers were able to do a beautiful job on this tub-to-shower conversion. It was a little more work than our installers normally do in the bathroom, but the resulting project turned out great. The customer was very impressed by the work of our installers and would definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future.
