Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to us by employees of our company. The customer was looking to get multiple windows replaced on their home in Harrison City. Their old windows were become drafty and aren't as stylish as they were when they were originally put on the home. They were looking for a more stylish window and to stop the drafts from coming into their home.
Solutions provided:
Given the size of this job in Harrison City, our installers took an extra day to install these brand new ProVia windows for the customer. Some of the windows replaced were not only on the first floor of the home but on the second floor as well, which causes a little extra work for our installers. Despite the extra day on the jobsite, the customer was very happy with the work and craftsmanship of our installers and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again for their next window or door project.

Darrell installed a new glass window and sweep in our fiberglass door today. He did an excellent job and was courteous and well experienced to do the job.

Darrell and April really helped me out. I bought new windows from Mt. Pleasant Window and they did a great install. However, one arrived broken from delivery.
