Why did the customer contact us?

Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling, who we installed a bay window for before, reached out to our company again for another home improvement project. This time the customer was looking to replace their entry door with sidelites. They were looking to get an entry door with sidelites that matched the aesthetic of their home better than their original entry door.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to install a brand new beautiful ProVia entry door for the customer in just one day on the job. The installers that installed the bay window also installed this entry door for the customer, which they absolutely loved. The customer was very happy with the end results of their install and even agreed to do a customer testimonial video about their entry door in the future, which they already did for their bay window previously in December.
