Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many ads in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review newspaper. The customer was looking to replace multiple windows in their home in Mount Pleasant, PA, which is where our company's headquarters was located until 2019. The homeowner wanted to replace multiple double hung windows as well as two different bay windows in the front of the home. The customer was really thrilled to get these windows finally replaced.

We were able to replace and upgrade the customer's windows in Mount Pleasant over the course of a two days on the job. The double hung windows were the easier part of this job, though they were scattered through the house the ones that we replaced. The time consuming job in this remodel was replacing the bay windows, which ended up during out beautiful for the customer. The homeowner was thrilled by the work and politeness of our installers. They were so happy that they also ordered a new back door when our installers were there for the install. Another happy customer for Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling!
