Why did the customer contact us?
Customers contacted us looking to do some remodeling work in their bathroom. Customer had numerous problems with their current tub/shower combo: tile for the bath falling apart, mold growing and that this shower was only put in less than 15 years before! The customer wanted to keep their options open, but they really wanted a walk-in shower this time.
Solutions provided:
The customer was amazed at the results of our remodel. We converted their old tub/shower combo into a beautiful walk-in shower. This shower will be able to hold up much longer than their previous weak tile shower. We also replaced the customer's window in the center of the shower, something we will do if the homeowner is looking to change out the window in the shower area as well.
