How many design options are available to you?

Does the contractor have reliable reviews and/or references? Do they have the appropriate certifications and licenses? Do they offer a warranty?

5. CHOOSING WHAT TO REMODEL, AND WHEN

One of the best parts of bathroom remodeling is that you necessarily do not have to do everything at once. For some folks, a full bathroom renovation may be necessary for your situation. However, for other people, a gradual timeline of smaller projects may work better. Do you remodel the sink, toilet and shower at once or do you tackle just the bath this time first?
