• Comment: We are currently having 20 windows replaced in our home. This was a tough job, tearing out 20 pre-world war 11 metal windows out of a stone house!
  We got several estimates from other companies, none of which were even close to what we could afford even with financing. Other companies also don't know how to carry themselves. A "gentleman" from one of the other companies was very arrogant and rude. Here is the difference, I asked this said man how they would take out the old windows- he replied "we do what we have to to get them out."
  I said what does that mean? This man said they would cut and burn the windows out! I couldn't see that happening to my beautiful home.
  Fast forward! My in-laws meet the Mt. Pleasant Window Company at a home show. We then met up with Arian, who was fantastic! I asked him how they would take the windows out, and he said- "I'm not sure, I'm not the installer, but I'll find out." He called the installer and asked exactly how they would execute this job!
  After hearing that they have done this many times before, we were relieved!
  Arian said he would send us the best installer who knows how to do this type of work.
  They were so careful and gentle most of the windows came out with glass still in them!
  Also one whole window came out without any breaks in the glass. These gentlemen were fantastic and have given us an awesome experience.
  The 3 men working on our job have 70 years combined experience!
  Thank you, Mt Pleasant Window Company for sending Arian to us! And thank you to Arian for getting this amazing team of installers for us!!
