Just had our installation completed. Our experience with Mike was outstanding. He went out of his way to provide us with the type windows we wanted at a reasonable price. He took the time to keep us informed about all the processes. He answered all text regardless of when we sent them.
The windows even though they were special order arrived in record time weeks before our estimated install date.
The installation crew arrived as scheduled and went immediately to work. The windows we were replacing were the louver style and about 30 year old. Our house is cedar shake and the installation was perfect without causing any damage to the original décor.
We are extremely pleased with the Company as well as the merchandise. Highly recommended
