Due to distance and the number of windows to install, 2 crews arrived last week and the experience from start to finish has been great!
Salesman Christian got the ball rolling. The office staff, especially Amanda and Katie, were helpful by phone, as well.
While time delay ms of general covid, workforce and manufacturing delays (and winter!) were unavoidable, Joe, Ben, Charlie, Matt, Chuck, Jack, and Chris worked efficiently and professionally once they finally had the date!
Now past the 72 hour “don’t open or traumatize the seals” waiting period, I’m excited to have functional windows.
(Long term durability of KPPH obviously yet to be proven.) -
