• Comment: We are very pleased with the new windows installed in our home. The crew was courteous and considerate; they cleaned up very well and were careful to minimized damage to the landscaping close to the house. This was our second major installation by Mt. Pleasant and involved windows on the east side of the home. We previously had them replace windows on the west side of the house back in 2009. While they did an excellent job on that first one too, some of the seals in the windows have since failed (no fault of theirs) and Mt. Pleasant has been wonderful to work with to try to get replacement panes by working with the successor company to the original one that manufactured the windows but that has since gone out of business. We're very grateful to them for working to fix the older ones and honoring the lifetime guarantee that came with those windows.
