• Comment: Last week Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling installed a complete entryway and two windows for us. Joe and Josh arrived early, which surprised me because more often than not, workmen show up late. A few minutes later, Charles and Eric joined them. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. All of the guys were friendly and worked well together. The outside temps were in the mid 90s, but it didn\'t seem to bother them one bit. There were some doorbell wires that I was worried about damaging, but Eric rerouted them and reconnected everything. All the hardware was just what we ordered, and there were no surprises. Joe and Eric showed us how everything worked and how to clean the windows and adjust the door. I was concerned about the mess that might be left when they were done, but the team cleaned as they went and left our place spotless. A professional maid service couldn’t have done better. Finally, the cost was less than we thought, and the quality of the windows and doors is wonderful. Since this was such a good experience, we are talking to Mt. Pleasant again about doing more work.
