This was a great customer experience for our new front and back doors. Our sales manager Greg was very thorough with the explanations. Michelle kept us informed of the status of our project throughout. The installers Joe, Charlie, Derek, and Matt did a great job. Joe even found a defect on one of the screen doors and immediately called it in. April was quick to order a replacement and scheduled the installation. And Henry stopped by to check in with the crew and offered any support that we may need in the future. It’s true that it “takes a village” to accomplish a task. I highly recommend Mt. Pleasant Window for your next project.
