- Comment: We are returning customers, this time we had 3 bad windows replaced. Start to finish it was worry free and we were pleasantly surprised that our windows were manufactured quicker than expected. It was a long day on installation for Matt and his coworker, I believe his name was Chuck (?) having to deal with a yellow jacket nest we were not aware of. They took it all in stride and my husband was able to remove the nest so they could finish. Highly recommend!
