• Comment: The best thing about the whole process was the excellent workmanship, dedication to the job, and interpersonal skills of the installers, Joe and Brandon. I wish all contractors could be so thorough, competent, and neat in their work. The estimator/sales rep was also thorough, as well as courteous. I only wish he did not jump to preparing a contract on the spot at the time of the bid, before we had a little time to consider all of our options. We ended up with a price that would normally be matched to a higher end home rather than a very modest rental house (3 entry doors for over $16,000). The bottom line is that I much prefer and trust Mt. Pleasant Window over any other company for installation work, but there is only one line of doors available, and it is top of the line. I would rather pay even more for labor (as this crew so well deserves), and have the option to choose from a more modest line of doors that are still of reasonable quality. They did have to be custom made due to unusual dimensions, but even given that, the manufacturer\'s cost was very much on the high side.
