Why did the customer contact us?

Customer, who we had previously installed windows for early this year, was looking to get more windows installed by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling. Previously we had installed double hung windows in the first and second floor of the home in Jeannette, now they wanted to replace the biggest window in their house: the bow window. The customer wanted to keep it as a bow window, not switching to a bay window or another type of window like some customers tend to do.

Solutions provided:

Given the size of this bow window, we sent extra installers on the jobsite in Jeannette to be able to complete this project in just one day at the home. Our certified installers installed a brand new ProVia Bow Window, which is the same brand of windows we installed earlier this year for the customer. The customer absolutely loved the work of our installers and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling in the future for any other home improvement projects they have.
