Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing on of our many ads in the Clipper Magazine by Local Flavor, a small magazine delivered monthly to the homes in the Pittsburgh region. This customer was looking to get two windows replaced along with their back door. Their original back door had a storm door with it, but they decided that with their new back door that they would go without a storm door.
Solutions provided:
In just one day on the jobsite, our certified installers were about to replace and install brand new ProVia double hung windows along with a brand new ProVia door. The customer decided not to have a storm door with their new back door given that this door was protected by a covered porch. The new windows turned out great on the home, giving the homeowners no draft issues like with their old windows. The customers were very happy with the work of our installers and would use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling in the future.

Darrell and April really helped me out. I bought new windows from Mt. Pleasant Window and they did a great install. However, one arrived broken from delivery.
