Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many advertisements in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review newspaper. The customer was looking to have multiple windows on their home replaced and upgraded, four windows total. They also wanted to get new siding as well. When a customer wants to do both windows and siding with our company, we always install the windows first, which the customer agreed to.
Solutions provided:
Our installers first installed the four ProVia windows on their home in Greensburg. The customer wanted to keep the new windows as double hung windows like how the previous windows were. Our larger crew on this job was able to complete all of the window work in just one day there. Our installers also put house tape around the new windows on the home. This will protect the windows when Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling installs the siding on the home in Greensburg.
