Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing some research online about local home improvement companies, eventually finding their way to our website and sending us an inquiry about a project they wanted to do. They were looking to replace 6 windows on their home in Jeannette. The windows they currently had were very old and becoming worn out. The customer wanted to get windows that mirrored the windows they wanted to keep and the ones that we were to replace.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace and install the 6 new ProVia windows for the customer in Jeannette in just one day on the jobsite. Our installers installed two double hung windows, a two section slider window, a three section slider window and a special customized window. The customer was very happy with the work of the installers of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling and would definitely use our company again for any home improvement projects. In fact, they are going to get a new shower installed by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling as well.
