Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to our company by one of our many past customers. This referred customer was looking to replace 17 windows in a home they had just moved into within the past year. The old windows were original to the home and the customer was having trouble opening some of the very old double hung windows on the second floor as well as the first floor.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace and install all of the customer's brand new ProVia windows with no problem at all! The customer chose to go with black coverages around the window, which we don't normally do but we have done in the past for a handful of customers. The common color people chose is a white coverage around the window. A majority of the windows that the customer had before were double hung windows, and they wanted to keep the new ProVia windows as double hung windows so there was not too much extra work for our installers to do. The customer absolutely loved their new windows!
