Why did the customer contact us?

Past customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling contacted our office interested in getting more work done. The previous customer had windows installed on their home 20+ years ago by our company when we were still located on Main Street in Mount Pleasant, PA. What this customer wanted our company to do now is remodel the wet space area of their bathroom. They currently had a tub/shower combo in their bathroom that was rapidly aging on them and needed replaced. They wanted an upgraded version of a tub/shower combo in their bathroom.

Solutions provided:

After overcoming some early challenges in the install, our installers were able to give the previous customer a beautiful new bathroom! The customer chose to go with an upgraded version of the previous tub/shower combo they had. With this new tub/shower combo, the customer wanted to have shelves inside the wet space since the previous tub/shower combo did not have any shelves. The past customer absolutely loved their new tub/shower combo and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again for any project on their home.
