Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing research about home remodeling companies on google. Originally, the customer was thinking about repairing their current patio door because they were having a hard time opening it at this point and were dealing with fogging/condensation on the glass of the patio door. Though we do not simply repair a door that was not installed by our company, after discussing the solutions with the customer they agreed for Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to replace and install a new patio door.

In just one day on the jobsite, our installers were able to replace the customer's older patio door and install a brand new ProVia patio door. Unlike their previous patio door, which was a sliding patio door, the customer chose to go with a swing patio door instead. With a swing patio door, it opens and closes like a traditional entry door or regular door would. The customer was very happy with the workmanship and attention to detail of our installers.
