Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred by his son, who we installed a bathroom for a few years before. This customer, the father, was also looking to have work done within his bathroom. He was looking to remodel his shower in his master bedroom. The old shower was original to the home, which was built in the late 1970's. The customer wanted to have a similar shower as before, just more modern and accessible for him.

Solutions provided:

Over the course of a few days on the jobsite, our installers were successfully able to replace and install a brand new walk-in shower for the customer in Harrison City. The new walk-in shower, the customer In the new shower, the customer wanted to add grab bars as well as additional shelving inside the shower. The previous shower only had one shelve and no grab bar, so we will able to provide that upgrade for him with his new shower from Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling. The customer was very happy with the results of his installation and will recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to anyone looking for a bathroom installation.
