Why did the customer contact us?

Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling contacted us again interested in getting more work done by our company. The customer previously had windows installed by our company and was looking to have another one of their windows replaced. Despite only having one window to replace, we were able to do the job for the customer since we had previously done work for them in the past. The customer wanted to convert their old garden window into a standard, regular window.

Solutions provided:

In less than half the day on the jobsite, our installers were able to convert our previous customers older garden window into a brand new regular style window with grids in it. Though customers normally want to just upgrade their garden window to a newer version of one, this customer wanted to have a completely different style of window in, which Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling can do. The customer loved their new window that we installed.
