Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many different home improvement ads in the Clipper Magazine mailer. This customer was looking for a very simple project, they wanted to replace two windows in the top floors of their home along with a storm door on the side of the house. The homeowner originally had slider windows and wanted to keep those windows as sliders, except with an upgrade version of the window. For the storm door, the customer wanted to keep it simple with a similar style storm door to their original storm door.

Solutions provided:

In just one day our installers were able to replace the two older slider windows and storm door and replaced them with two brand new slider windows from ProVia along with a brand new storm door from ProVia as well. Our installers braved one of the coldest days of the year so far to get this job looking great for the customer. The customer was so thrilled by the work of our installers that they were going to leave Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling a review thanking our installers for all their hard work.
