Previous customer of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling contacted us about replacing 2 Bay Windows with updated bay windows. The customer had over 15 windows done by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling on their home in Greensburg over a decade ago, now they were finally ready to replace their old bay windows by us. There were no big issues with the bay windows, it was just time to finally upgrade the bay windows like the rest of the windows a decade before.

Solutions provided:

Our installers over the course of several days battle the extreme cold of December to complete the 2 bay window installations for our previous customers. They worked tirelessly the following days after Christmas to complete this installation, having had to delay the finishing touches on the job after our area endured sub-zero wind chills. Though these types of delays rarely occur for our installation crews, our installers are well traded and were able to keep the customer's home warm while we waited to finish the installation. The 2 Bay Windows ended up turning out great for the homeowners.
