Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after checking out our Facebook page. They were interested in getting two doors replaced, one that was an entry door and one that was a side door to get into the garage/basement area. The homeowner wanted to get doors that were up-to-date and more modern than their previous doors.

Solutions provided:

Over 2 days of work by our installers, we were able to replace and install 2 new doors for the homeowner. Unlike their original entry door, they did not get a storm door with their entry door. While most of our customer's get a storm door to go with their entry door, some prefer to go without it to save on cost. The homeowner was very happy with the way their doors turned out and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. again in the future on their home in Jeannette.
