Why did the customer contact us?
Homeowner reached out to us after being referred to us by one of our previous customers. They were looking to replace their front entry door and storm door that was original to the house, which was built almost 40 years ago. The old door had sidelites with it, which the homeowner wanted to keep. They simply wanted to upgrade everything including the storm door.
Solutions provided:
Our installers were able to install a brand new ProVia entry door with sidelites as well as a new storm door for the customer. The new storm door is similar to the customer's original storm door, allowing lots of light in when the front entry door is open. The homeowner was thrilled at the job at the our installers did and would definitely recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling to any of their friends or family who are interested in doing home remodeling projects.
