Why did the customer contact us?
Customer contacted us after seeing one of our home improvement ads in the Pittsburgh Tribune Review. The homeowner was looking to remodel their 3 large crank windows that were experiencing draft issues as well as a back patio door. The windows the customer wanted were a little bit more custom than the ones we normally install, making the wait time a little longer which the homeowner was fine with.
Solutions provided:
After over 6 months (because the of the custom windows), we were able to finally install the customer's new windows and back patio door. The reason these windows took so long was because they were custom painted to the homeowner's specifications. Our installers worked hard all day and were able to complete this job in one day. The customer was absolutely thrilled with the job our installers did, and despite the lengthy wait time for their product, they left us a glowing 5 Star Review on Google.
