Why did the customer contact us?
We met the customers thru our neighborhood canvassing program and they expressed interest in not only remodeling one of their baths, but both of their baths: A Walk-In Shower and a Tub/Shower Combo. The customer wanted to upgrade each unit, but not change from what was originally there. Just an updated and upgraded walk-in shower and tub/shower combo.
Solutions provided:
Over several days, we were able to successfully install and upgrade both of the customers bath units. The new walk-in shower and tub/shower combo are much more modern and safe than the previous units that were in each bathroom. The customers were thrilled at the results of their new bathrooms.
