Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to us by one of their family members who had work done by our company in the past, specifically windows. This customer was also interested in having their windows replaced by Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling on their home in Jeannette. In total, they were looking to replace seven different windows on their home. Most of the windows they were looking to replace were double hung windows, but they also wanted to replace a 3 Section Slider window on their first floor as well.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to work all day and complete this customer's seven window installation in just one day on the jobsite! The customer went with some beautiful windows from ProVia that really ascend the home's features and really makes them pop when you look at them. The double hung windows turned out great on the home in Jeannette, and will allow for easier cleaning and function for the homeowner moving forward. They were very pleased with the outcome of the work and will definitely recommend Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling in the future!
