Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing research on Google about companies who did windows in their area. The customer was looking to get at least 6 windows replaced on their vacation home in Somerset. The current windows on the home were double hung windows and they were looking to keep the new windows also as double hung windows.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace the customer's 6 double hung windows and install 6 brand new double hung windows from ProVia. The new windows our installers installed are equipped to better handle some of the sharp, brutal winters that can occur in Somerset, keeping the vacation home well insulated during the winter months if the homeowner choses to be at the home during the winter. The customer was very pleased with the work of our installers and will use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future to finish up the rest of the home's windows.
