Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing their own research on home improvement companies in the area. The customer was looking to get their front entry door with one sidelite replaced on their home in Pittsburgh. They also wanted to replace the window transom that was above the window as well. Though some companies cannot replace the transom above the door, that is work that the installers of Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling can do.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to replace and install a brand new ProVia entry door with a sidelite and new window transom above in one and a half days on the jobsite. The installers completed a majority of the work on the first day and came back to put the finishing touches on the door the next day. Though we normally would get an entry door install done in one day on the job, when you are replacing a window transom above the door you add additional work that is needed to be done to complete the project. Despite the additional time spent on the job, the entry door turned out beautiful and the customer absolutely loved their new door!
