Why did the customer contact us?

Customer reached out to Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after being referred to our company by one of our many past customers. The customer was looking to get most of the original windows on their home replaced. The original windows were Anderson Windows, which is common for homes in this area. The windows were over 40 years old on the home and were in need of an upgrade before they became more draftier than they already were.

Solutions provided:

In just one day on the job, our installers were able to replace and install 9 windows on the customer's home. The customer simply wanted to keep the same style window they had before for each window, which were double hung windows. Though their original Anderson windows were starting to leak some drafts into the home, the new ProVia windows our installers put on this home will definitely stop any of those drafts from happening again in the future.
