Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after hearing about our company on the Penn Township Community Board. They were looking to remodel their current walk-in shower in Penn. The homeowner was looking to make their shower area a little bit smaller while increasing the accessibility of it for themselves. They wanted to add additional grab bars to the shower along with a brand new bench seat for the shower.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to give the homeowner exactly the type of walk-in shower they were looking for. We reduced the size of the walk-in shower slightly for the homeowner, which turned out pretty well. Our installers also added multiple new grab bars in the shower along with a brand new bench seat that can fold up and down, unlike the last bench seat the customer had in the shower that was not able to be folded up. The customer was very pleased and happy with the work our installers did.
