Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after seeing one of our many ads in the Clipper Magazine, which is distributed to homes by mail throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. This customer was looking to redo the wet space in their bathroom. They were looking to remove the old tub in their tub/shower combo and make it just a walk-in shower. Many people do this type of conversation when they no longer have use for the tub, making it easier for them to get in and out of the shower without having to step over a tub.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to remove the old tub/shower combo and install a brand new walk-in shower for the customer in Latrobe. With this new walk-in shower, the customer chose to go with a permanent bench seat in the shower. We have seen our customer choose between this type of bench seat as well as one that is able to fold up to allow for more room in the shower. Either way you go, the bench seat gives the customer the ability to sit while they take a shower. The customer was very happy with the work of our installers.
