Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after doing some research on our website mtpleasantwindow.com. This customer was looking to get a few home improvement projects done on their home in Latrobe. The main project they were looking to get completed was in their bathroom. They were looking to get a tub-to-shower conversion done, which is when we remove the old tub/shower combo and install a brand new walk-in shower.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to install a brand new walk-in shower for the customer in Latrobe. The tub/shower combo was original to the home, causing some extra work for our installers since we were removing a cast iron tub. Though it did take some extra time to do, the shower turned out great. The customer even added a foldable bench to the shower, which some of our customer's do for additional safety. They were very happy with the work of our installers and will definitely use Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling again in the future.
