Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling after receiving one of our flyers in the mail. This customer was looking to do a tub-to-shower conversion in their home in Derry. A tub-to-shower conversion means that we remove the tub in the tub/shower combo and install just a walk-in shower for the customer. This is normally done by people who no longer need to use the tub and do not want to deal with the hassle of stepping over the tub when they need to take a shower.

Solutions provided:

Our installers were able to remodel the wet space for this customer in Derry in just two days on the jobsite, a standard timeframe for most of our tub-to-shower conversion. Having a walk-in shower after a tub-to-shower conversion heightens safety within the bathroom for the customer, making it less dangerous for them when getting in and out of the shower. The customer absolutely loved their new shower and will definitely refer Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling in the future.
